Our History:

Harvest Packaging is a pioneer and leading global manufacturer of moulded-fibre packaging for Pharmaceutical and Life Science industries. We specialise in the design, innovation, manufacture and distribution of compostable packaging solutions. The company was founded in 2020 with the specific intent to provide packaging that is safe for people and beneficial for the planet. We quickly earned our leadership position in the food-service markets before leaning our superior technology to benefit the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industries where precision and performance is critical.

Our Location:

Based in Shannon, Ireland, means European companies can now benefit from a near-shore cost-effective solution that removes supply chain challenges, long lead times and transport carbon associated with extended supply lines.​​ 

 

Our process: 

We work with known, tested and market proven fibre & chemistry blends. Our unique fibre blend is run through our proprietary thermoforming technologies which take the basic principles of fibre forming and upgrade it with our advanced robotics. This process results in high-quality, precision engineered products, suitable for the highest standards of security and protection required by our clients. ​​All fibres used at Harvest Packaging are fully FSC approved, our products PFAS free and our sites BRC approved. All products run through a thorough testing process including ASTM D4169 - Distribution Simulation and ASTM D4332 - Temperature/Humidity Conditioning.  From initial concept through to final production, our integrated design, engineering and manufacturing capabilities ensure complete control, precision, repeatability and efficiency. Every product is developed with a focus on structural integrity, validated performance and real-world durability, including rigorous testing to guarantee protection in transit and handling.

Moulded-fibre is a proven alternative to single-use plastic (SUPs) products.
