He has led the development and growth of complex manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and scaling businesses from the ground up.

Former CEO of Faller Packaging, Dr. Keesman brings extensive international experience in scaling and managing multi-site packaging operations. During his leadership at Faller, the company grew to encompass six sites, over 1,ooo employees, and annual turnover exceeding €300m. He also serves as an advisory board member to Deutsche Bank, providing strategic insight across business growth, operations, and international development.
