TOOLING

Machining precision moulds from aluminium and brass is a highly specialised process and can often prove difficult to source cost effective solutions.

Our established in-house expertise and work practices for tooling and machining, enabling the company to leverage these resources to rapidly deliver tooling solutions and rapidly respond to client bespoke requests.

BACK END AUTOMATION

We employ back end automation for trimming and other services with strict quality assurance and inline inspection of finished goods through computerised vision systems.

This architecture ensures we deliver the highest quality products with extremely low defect rates.
